I love seeing a good plan come together. Whether I am making a cup of coffee, going to the beach, or helping people organize their finances, there is a plan involved. I started working in the finance industry in 2013. Initially I wanted to work as a financial analyst, with hopes of one day having my own investment fund. I soon realized that the biggest impact being made in the finance industry was in personal financial planning. Working in the personal financial planning space allowed me to merge my passion of planning and helping others. I could not be happier and I am truly blessed to have a job that I love.
I am a CFP® professional, which is the gold standard for financial planning professionals. As a CFP® professional, I am required to act in the best interest of the people I work with (fiduciary responsibility) and to obtain continuing education credits.
Long before my time as a financial planner, I found myself in debt due to both foreseeable and unforeseeable circumstances. What I learned through my life experience and my training as a CFP® professional led me to create this easy-to-use, comprehensive financial planning framework.
When not working, my wife Laura and I like trying new restaurants, coffee shops and discovering independent bookstores. I also enjoy BBQing, going to the beach, and serving at my church.
Feel free to send me a message and say hello. I love meeting new people!
